Body & Soul – Women’s Fitness Class
Get fit, have more energy, and build lasting relationships in this fun and uplifting class! This class is free and open to women in our community of all ages and fitness levels.
We meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00-10:00am in room 104. Classes include a variety of exercise including cardio, weights, and resistance work. Equipment is provided.
Young children are welcome to come along! Feel free to bring a snack and a few toys for your child to use in the mom-assisted play area.
