Praisercise Women’s Exercise Class 

Get fit and healthy and have more energy with Praisercise! This free exercise class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00am and is open to the community for women of all ages and fitness levels. Classes are varied and include aerobics, circuit, step, hand weights, and floor exercises to sculpt and tone. Video play corner set up for kids. All equipment is provided.
