We all feel stressed or anxious from time to time, and sometimes have a hard time letting go of frustrations. More Peace, Less Anxiety provides 5-1 hour group conversations on Zoom that give time to reflect and explore our thoughts, and God’s. The group provides structure and support to form some new habits of responding to anxiety-producing situations and relationships.
