Less Worry, More Hope

Nobody is immune from worry, stress and anxiety but there are healthy ways we can adjust and respond to anxious situations. The Less Worry More Hope process group is for those who want to explore new ways to think about what causes anxiety and how to respond to feelings of worry.  Wednesdays on Zoom from 7:00-8:00 pm. Facilitator is Janet Logan.
