Prayer Ministry

Prayer Ministry

CBC believes in the power of prayer.  Prayer is foundational to all that happens here at Community.  Men and women who are gifted intercessors pray for worship services, ministries (such as KidSPACE and Youth), Small Groups, special events, our staff and Board, and all pastoral needs.  Below are a few ways the prayer ministry can serve you and your family.

Worship Service Prayer

Prayer team members pray through each worship service and are available to pray for and with you personally after each service.  Just come up to the front of the Worship Center, left of the stage, after the service ends and a prayer team member will gladly meet with you, hear your concern, and pray.  In addition, you can write a prayer request on the back of the “I’m Here” card and prayer team members will pray for you during the week.

Prayer Hotline

Prayer team members are prepared to pray for needs and emergencies every day.  If you would like to submit a prayer request, call the church office at 909-945-5001 x226 and leave a message.

Freedom Prayer

Freedom Prayer is a 90-120 minute guided session with trained intercessors.  The purpose of a freedom prayer session is to gain a measure of healing and freedom from things that might be hindering your journey with God.  The Freedom Prayer team members are there to intercede for you, ask questions, and give some prayer suggestions that will help you get connected to God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – in a deeper way.  An application is required prior to Freedom Prayer sessions.  For more information, please contact Doug Lee 909-945-5001 x242.
