Community-

Empty.

Usually that’s bad news. An empty wallet, tank, battery, or heart… all bad news!

Most of the time “empty” is bad. But not always. On Sunday, we’ll celebrate that the tomb is empty. He is risen; He is risen indeed!

While our hearts long for the celebration of Easter, we have to do some work before we get there. This Holy Week – we slow down, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the power of Easter. Join us our Good Friday as we make space for reflection, repentance, and renewal through Jesus’ work on the cross.

In the waiting, let your heart grow hungry for the presence of Jesus. I’m praying that God would continue to stir-up greater hunger for Him, more hearts that cry out to Him “you are wanted here.” Let me encourage you in these last days leading up to Easter, join me in this simple prayer: “Lord, you are wanted here.” Speak it throughout your day. Pray it together as a family. “Lord, you are wanted here.”

Join us this weekend:

Easter isn’t just a moment—it’s a movement of hope that we carry into our homes, neighborhoods, and across our valley. We can’t wait to see what God has store for our community in the coming months. But it starts here. We’re praying for a powerful weekend; may God stir hearts and draw people to Himself!

Who will you invite? Your invitation could be someone’s first step toward Jesus. One invite can change someone’s life.  It’s not too late. I’m praying for you – and those you’re invited. Reply to this email with the name of someone that you’re inviting – and I’ll be praying for them by name this Easter weekend!
